The moms of the town learned from one another that there was a new girl gang at Rydell, and the antics they pulled at the student council candidacy assembly. They expressed their horror, disbelief, and disapproval. They called Vice Principal McGee, who assured them she was dueling out punishments just as soon as the parents picked up her calls.[1]
